G-Shock Square Case Watch Black

The new addition to the G-SHOCK MOVE sports lineup, the GBD200-1, features a step counter and phone linking in a square design, with colors that look great for any training session. This model is thinner than previous MOVE models, making them more suitable for daily workouts. A front button allows easy access to display illumination for easy operation during night training.

The GBD200 can link with the GPS of a smartphone via Bluetooth® for quicker calibration of distance measurements by the watch's accelerometer. In addition to running pace measurements calculated based on your distance and time, the GBD200 also includes an Auto Lap feature. Other standard features include a step tracker, interval timers, lap time measurement, and calories burned measurement, all of which provide plenty of support for your daily training.

A smartphone app can be used to check your LifeLog and activity history data. Soft urethane band material provides improved comfort, while more band holes let you adjust the fit to your particular wrist. From daily health management to improved running endurance, the new MOVE GBD200 model provides you with tools that support a wide range of workout goals.

Regarding the technical specifications, the GBD200-1 has an approximate battery life of 2 years on a CR2032 battery and 200-meter water resistance. It features an LED backlight (Super illuminator) with an auto light switch and selectable illumination duration (1.5 seconds or 3 seconds), as well as an afterglow display.

The watch can display distance, speed, pace, and other calculated values based on the accelerometer, with auto/manual lap times, Auto Pause, and target alert settings (time, altitude, calories burned) that can be turned on or off. The training display can be customized to show elapsed time, distance, pace, lap time, lap distance, lap pace, average pace, speed, average speed, and calories burned.

The GBD200-1 offers 38 time zones (38 cities + coordinated universal time), with daylight saving on/off and auto summer time (DST) switching.
